We were fortunate to have worked with Capital Contractors Services, a family owned and operated business serving the South Florida community for over 30 years. Capital’s goal is to serve their clients beyond their expectations by delivering on our services with a white glove approach to detail. Capital claims Communication is key and they taught us to understand the responsibilities property managers and owners face on a daily basis.
The Project at the Ivy was to provide Construction Drawings to implement the interior and exterior designs Capital had developed, support the Association’s efforts in managing their budget and associated costs to carry-out their design concepts for the key areas:
- 10th floor, men and woman section, including tiles, toilets, sink and showers. Spa hallway (10th floor spa area) includes lighting, furniture, finishes, minor reconfiguration of space.
- Lobby, lighting and furniture improvements.
- Two restrooms on the 1st floor lighting, furniture, finishes and minor reconfiguration of space includes 1-Women’s room, 1-Men’s room.
- Two restrooms on the 10th floor lighting, furniture, finishes and minor reconfiguration of space includes 1-media room, 1-arcade room.
- Pool deck– wood deck, lounge area, inoperable (decorative) firepit, new pergola, furniture, grille with option for outdoor sink.
